- Fresh corn kernels- 1 cup
- mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- curry leaves-few
- dry whole red chilli-1
- salt-for taste
- turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil
- Boil fresh corn kernels for 5 mins .
- heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds,let it splutter,add few curry leaves and dry red chilli.
- Add the boiled corn kernels,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
- You can also add 1 tsp of lime juice.
- serve hot as evening snack.
