Ingredients:

  • Fresh corn kernels- 1 cup
  • mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves-few
  • dry whole red chilli-1
  • salt-for taste
  • turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • water

Method:

  • Boil fresh corn kernels for 5 mins .
  • heat oil in a pan.add mustard seeds,let it splutter,add few curry leaves and dry red chilli.
  • Add the boiled corn kernels,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
  • You can also add 1 tsp of lime juice.
  • serve hot as evening snack.
