Ingredients:
Minced mutton-1/4 kg
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Curry leaves -few
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Bread crumbs-1 cup
Oil for frying
How to prepare:
- Blend together minced mutton, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste.
- To this add all the spice powders and bread crumbs.
- Shape it into finger sized rolls.
- Deep fry it.
