Mutton seekh kebab



Minced mutton-1/4 kg

Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp

Curry leaves -few

Red chilli powder- 1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

Garam masala powder- 1 tsp

Bread crumbs-1 cup

Oil for frying

How to prepare:

  1. Blend together minced mutton, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste.
  2. To this add all the spice powders and bread crumbs.
  3. Shape it into finger sized rolls.
  4. Deep fry it.
