Pepper chicken, one of the simple and easy chicken preparation.It is a spicy and delicious chicken recepie cooked and roasted with pepper and spices.

Serves:4 to 5
- Chicken pieces-1/2 kg
- Onions- 2 large finely sliced
- Capsicum/green bell pepper- 2 large finely sliced
- garlic- finely chopped – 1 tbsp
- soya sauce-1 tbsp
- pepper powder-1 tbsp
- salt-for taste
- red chilli powder-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- oil-for deep frying.
How to prepare:
- Marinate chicken pieces with pepper powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt for half an hour.
- After 1/2 hour deep fry the chicken pieces,drain and keep it in absorbent paper.
- Heat little oil in a wok,add garlic and saute for few seconds.
- Add finely sliced onions and bell pepper.Do not saute it too much.
- Add salt and pepper powder and little soya sauce and mix ell.
- To this add the fried chicken pieces and mix well.
- Can be served with chappatis or rice as side dish.
