INGREDIENTS :
- Maida : 1 cup
- Rice flour : 2 tbsp
- Curd: 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Baking soda : 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies chopped : 1
- Coriander leaves finely chopped : 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : for taste
- Oil : for deep frying
PREPARATION:
- Mix all the above ingredients together except oil.
- Add little water if needed.
- The consistency should be thick .
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Take small dumplings of batter in hand and drop it into oil.
- Deep fry it.
