A type of flavoured tea in north African and Arabian countries, taken as part of a social event. Green tea, fresh mint tea and much sugar are brought together, pouring between cups and pots.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Water: 1 cup
- Green tea bag : 1
- Honey: 1 tsp ( you can even use sugar instead of honey)
- Cardamom: 1 pod
- Heat one cup of water along with mint leaves, cardamom and honey.
- Let it boil.
- Strain it into a glass.
- Add green tea bag to this, keep it for a minute and remove it.
- Serve hot.
