A type of flavoured tea in north African and Arabian countries, taken as part of a social event. Green tea, fresh mint tea and much sugar  are brought together, pouring between cups and pots.

Preparation time: 5 minutes


  • Water: 1 cup
  • Green tea bag : 1
  • Honey: 1 tsp ( you can even use sugar instead of honey)
  • Cardamom: 1 pod


  • Heat one cup of water along with mint leaves, cardamom and honey.
  • Let it boil.
  • Strain it into a glass.
  • Add green tea bag to this, keep it for a minute and remove it.
  • Serve hot.
