Keema masala, perfect side dish for vegetarian lovers.

Ingredients:
- Soya chunks : 3 cups
- Onion: 1 large finely chopped
- Green chillies: 2 slit
- Curry leaves: few
- Ginger: 1 tsp finely chopped
- Garlic: 1 tsp finely chopped
- Frozen peas: 1/2cup
- Coriander leaves: few chopped
- Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
- Salt: for taste
- Fennel seeds: 1/2tsp
- Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
PREPARATION:
- Soak soya chunks in lukewarm water for 5 to 10 mins. Drain well .
- Now coarsely grind the soya chunks to make it into keema.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add fennel seeds, let it splutter.
- Add ginger , garlic and curry leaves.
- Add onions and saute till it becomes light brown .
- Add frozen peas and salt and saute for a minute.
- Add all dry spice powders and add little water just to blend the masalas well.
- Add tomato sauce and mix.
- Now add soya chunks and mix well.
- Check for salt and toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
