I always try to keep healthy food for breakfast as it is the first meal of the day n I want that to be perfect. Today I made this beetroot dosa which is a very healthy and yummy morning food.You can have with any chutneys of ur choice or as it is. I had it with hersheys Cocoa Almond Spread and it was yumm 😍😍 Recepie 👇

Ingredients: 

  • Dosa batter : 2 cups
  • Beetroot powder : 1 tbsp ( by @kokosnatural)
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Flax seeds: 1 tsp
  • Ghee : 1 tsp

Preparation:

  • Add betroot powder and salt into the batter and mix well.
  • Heat a tawa , grease it with oil or ghee.
  • Spread the dosa batter.
  • Sprinkle flax seeds and ghee.
  • Flip and cook both sides till crispy.
