Pancakes are very quick n healthy recepie for breakfast. You can top it with any fruits , dry fruits, maple syrup or honey. Here I have used Musselli and honey for the toppings.

INGREDIENTS:
- Eggs: 2
- Oats: 1/2 cup
- Banana: 1
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Nutri choice biscuit: 3 to 4
- Brown sugar : 1 tsp
- Salt: a pinch
PREPARATION:
- Blend together all the ingredients to a fine and semi thick consistency.
- Heat a non stick pan. Grease it with oil or butter.
- Add a scoop of prepared batter from top , do not spread the batter.
- Cook both the sides till light brown.
- Remove from pan and serve it by adding fruits or musseli with honey or maple syrup.
