Pancakes are very quick n healthy recepie for breakfast. You can top it with any fruits , dry fruits, maple syrup or honey. Here I have used Musselli and honey for the toppings.

Preparation time : 5 mins

Cooking time : 10 mins

Serves: 2

Yield: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • Eggs: 2
  • Oats: 1/2 cup
  • Banana: 1 
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Nutri choice biscuit: 3 to 4
  • Brown sugar : 1 tsp
  • Salt: a pinch

PREPARATION:

  • Blend together all the ingredients to a fine and semi thick consistency.
  • Heat a non stick pan. Grease it with oil or butter.
  • Add a scoop of prepared batter from top , do not spread the batter.
  • Cook both the sides till light brown.
  • Remove from pan and serve it by adding fruits or musseli with honey or maple syrup.
