Bananas are highest source of fibre and pottasium and including these in your daily diet is very beneficial for your health. It is considered as powerhouse of all essential nutrients. Bananas aid in digestion , weightloss , healthy and glowing skin and lot many benefits for body. 

I love making smoothies and shakes with Bananas and in this recepie I have used frozen bananas which adds up more taste to the shake. You can use any bananas of your choice .

Preparation Time : 5 mins

Serves: 2


  • Frozen bananas: 3 
  • Cold milk: 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  • Musseli / dry fruits: for toppings


  • Keep the bananas in freezer for 30 mins before making the milkshake.
  • Peel and chop the bananas.
  • Add together chopped bananas, milk and vannilla essence and blend to smooth consistency.
  • Blend for 1 minute to get perfect frothy appearance.
  • Pour into the serving glasses, add toppings of your choice  and serve.
