Presenting a new recepie today with a healthier cooking method. Being from land of coastal area Seafood has always been my favourite. We prepare it in many ways ; like curries with or without coconut, with tamarind, dry version, fried, with coconut milk etc etc. Today I have prepared it in a healthier cooking method. Here I have grilled the fish in oven. Frying in stovetop uses too much of oil. Grilling in oven, you can avoid the oil factor. I have just used a tbsp of oil for marination here.
You can use the same recepie for frying fish in stovetop too. It would be best if cast iron skillet is used.

Preparation time: 30 mins
Cooking time: 30 to 35 mins
☆Mackerel Fish : 4 nos
☆Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
☆Kashmiri Chilli powder: 1 tbsp
☆Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
☆Garam masala powder: 1tsp
☆Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
☆Five spice powder: 1tsp
☆Lime juice: 1tsp
☆Salt: for taste
☆Marinate the fish using the ingredients listed above. Set aside for 30 mins.
☆Pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 200°C.
☆Place the marinated fish in oven tray with grill rack , grill for 30 to 35 mins or till done.
