- Beetroot Grated- 2
- Carrot grated-2
- Potato ,boiled and smashed-2
- red chilli powder-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- pepper powder-1 1/2 tsp
- garam masala powder-1 tsp
- cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- salt-for taste
- bread crumbs-1 bowl
- oil-for deep frying
- Heat oil in a pan.Add grated beetroot and carrot and saute until the raw smell goes.
- Add all the spice powders mentioned above, mix well.
- Add smashed potatoes and mix well.
- keep the mixture aside and let it cool.
- Make small balls and flatten it to oval shape.
- Dip it first in egg and coat it in bread crumbs evenly and deep fry.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
