•Corn -1 cup
•Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
•Corn flour-2 tsp
•pepper powder – 1 tsp
•salt – as per taste
For Fried rice
•Onions finely chopped – 1 large
•Carrots finely chopped -2
•Capsicum finely chopped -2
•Ginger and Garlic finely chopped
•Pepper powder – 1 n 1/2 tsp
You can also use vegetables of your choice .
•Wash and soak rice in water for 10 mins.Cook rice till it is 3/4 th cooked , drain and cool.
•Coarsely grind fresh corns. In a bowl mix ginger garlic paste , ground corn, maida,corn flour,pepper powder ,salt and add little water.
•Make small balls out of the mix and deep fry it and keep it aside ina absorbent paper.
•Heat oil in a vessel. Add ginger garlic green chillies and saute.
•Add onion carrots and capsicum and saute for around 6 mins.
• Add vinegar , salt, pepper powder, soya sauce and mix well.
•Add the fried manchurians and mix well.
• Now add cooked rice and mix well.
• Garnish with spring onion leaves.
