This recepie is one of the favourite tea time snack.Quick and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
•fresh corn kernels-1 cup
•maida/plain flour- 2tbsp
•rice flour- 1 tbsp
•ginger garlic chilli paste-1 tsp
•red chilli powder- 1 tsp
•turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
•hing/ asafoetida- a pinch
•salt-as per taste
•oil
METHOD:
•Coarsely grind kernels into paste.
•In a bowl mix this paste and all the above ingredients and mix well.
•Make small ball sized dumplings.
•Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry these dumplings.
•serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
