Ingredients:

•Green papaya – grated

•small onion / shallots-finely chopped

•garlic – 6 to 8 cloves

•grated coconut -1/2 cup

•cumin seeds-1 tsp

•green chillies-3 chopped

•curry leaves-few

•turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

•dry red chilli-1

•salt-as per taste

•mustard-1/2tsp

•coconut oil

Method:

•Heat oil in a wok.Add mustard seeds,dry red chilli and curry leaves.

•Add onions and saute.

•Add grated papaya and saute in high flame until the water content evaporates.

•Add turmeric powder and salt.

•Mix grated coconut,cumin seeds n garlic pods in a blender jst to mix it, it should be in coarse consistency.

•Add this mixture to papaya and saute for sometime.
