Ingredients:
- Rava- 1 large cup
- Apples- 2 large grated
- Dry fruits-1/2 cup
- Sugar-2 tbsp
- Ghee-1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel the skin of apples,grate and keep it aside.
- Heat ghee in a wok, add rava and roast until aroma comes and it turns slight brown in colour.
- Add little warm water and keep stiring simultaneously, until all the rava is soaked.
- Add grated apple to this and mix well.
- Cook for some time.
- Add dry fruits and mix.
