Serves -3

Ingredients:

  • Rava- 1 large cup
  • Apples- 2 large grated
  • Dry fruits-1/2 cup
  • Sugar-2 tbsp
  • Ghee-1 tbsp

Method:

  • Peel the skin of apples,grate and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a wok, add rava and roast until aroma comes and it turns slight brown in colour.
  • Add little warm water and keep stiring simultaneously, until all the rava is soaked.
  • Add grated apple to this and mix well.
  • Cook for some time.
  • Add dry fruits and mix.
