This recepie is a protein rich dish, served as a single meal for breakfast or snacks. Easy to make and yummy too.


  • Soya chunks: 1/2cup
  • Egg white: 2 boiled eggs
  • Bell peppers: 1/2 cup
  • Pepper powder:1 tsp
  • Salt:for taste
  • Olive oil:1 tbsp


  • Boil 2 eggs, remove the egg white and cut it into small pieces.
  • Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins, drain and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add soya chunks and saute until it loses all the water content.
  • Add pepper powder and salt,mix well.
  • Add egg white n saute for a minute.
