Strawberry season it is !! Fruits shops are flooded with boxes of strawberries this winter. So even I bought a box.

I made a healthy and filling drink with strawberries and bananas. Topped it with flax seeds and chia seeds, both very nutritious.

Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • Strawberries: 7 to 8 chopped
  • Bananas: 1 chopped
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Honey: 1 tbsp
  • Flax seeds: 1/2 tsp
  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

  • Blend together strawberries, banana, honey and milk. See to it no chunks are left.
  • Pour it in a serving glass.
  • Top it with chia seeds and flax seeds.
  • Serve Chilled.
