Strawberry season it is !! Fruits shops are flooded with boxes of strawberries this winter. So even I bought a box.
I made a healthy and filling drink with strawberries and bananas. Topped it with flax seeds and chia seeds, both very nutritious.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS:
- Strawberries: 7 to 8 chopped
- Bananas: 1 chopped
- Milk: 1 cup
- Honey: 1 tbsp
- Flax seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Chia seeds: 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
- Blend together strawberries, banana, honey and milk. See to it no chunks are left.
- Pour it in a serving glass.
- Top it with chia seeds and flax seeds.
- Serve Chilled.
