- Red banana: 1
- Dates: 3 deseeded
- Almonds: 4 to 5
- Ice cubes: few
Preparation:
- Peel the skin of banana and roughly chop it.
- Put all the ingredients together in a juicer and blend it to smooth consistency.
- Serve chilled.
