Summer Mashup !!! A very healthy and nutritious smoothie specially for women struggling with PCOD.. I have added few fruits and veggies which has its own medicinal benefits.. Drinking this regularly will get you wonderful result.

Preparation time : 10 mins

Serves : 3

Ingredients:

  • Apple : 1 peeled n chopped
  • Carrot: 1 chopped
  • Watermelon: 4 to 5 cubes
  • Cucumber: 1 small peeled n chopped
  • Red banana: 1 peeled n chopped
  • Ginger: 1 small piece chopped
  • Mint leaves: 4 to 5
  • Flax seed powder: 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds: 1 tsp
  • Honey : 1tbsp
  • Pink salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Cold water: 1 cup

Preparation :

  • Blend all this together into a very fine paste.
  • Top it with chia seeds.
  • Drink Chilled !!!
