Preparation time : 10 mins
Serves : 3
Ingredients:
- Apple : 1 peeled n chopped
- Carrot: 1 chopped
- Watermelon: 4 to 5 cubes
- Cucumber: 1 small peeled n chopped
- Red banana: 1 peeled n chopped
- Ginger: 1 small piece chopped
- Mint leaves: 4 to 5
- Flax seed powder: 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds: 1 tsp
- Honey : 1tbsp
- Pink salt: 1/4 tsp
- Cold water: 1 cup
Preparation :
- Blend all this together into a very fine paste.
- Top it with chia seeds.
- Drink Chilled !!!
