
Garma garam Bread Pakoda ππ½οΈ pudina chutney ke saath π.. Very popular North Indian snack / Street food prepared by stuffing spicy potato filling between the bread slices and dipping it in batter made of chickpea flour and spices and deep fried and served with mint chutney .. .
So now when you crave for fried and spicy food in rainy weather , if you have guest at your place ; this is one of the best recepie to prepare.

Preparation time: 10mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
INGREDIENTS:
For Batter:
*Chickpea flour/ besan: 1 n 1/2 cup
*Rice flour: 2 tbsp
*Salt: 1 tsp
*Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
*Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
For Filling:
*Potatoes: 4 medium size boiled and mashed
*Green chillies: 1 finely chopped
*Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp finely chopped
*Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
*Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
*Ajwain / carom seed powder: 1/2 tsp
*Hing / asoefitida powder: 1/4 tsp
*Chat masala: 1/2 tsp
*Salt: 1 tsp
*Oil: for deep frying
*Bread Slices: 10
PREPARATION:
*Prepare thick batter by mixing together all the ingredients listed under for batter and keep aside.
*Mix together mashed potatoes,spice powders, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl.
*Cut the bread slices into triangles or halves.
*Stuff the filling in one slice and cover it with other slice.
*Repeat the same for all slices.
*Heat oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot enough, dip the stuffed bread in batter and drop into hot oil.
*Deep fry on medium flame till both sides turn golden brown.
*Drain and serve hot with mint chutney.
