Chicken Nibbles in Kerala spices #recepieoftheday .I have been away from posting for some days due to my work commitments. And so I have archived many recepies to be posted which I will be posting in coming days.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 45 mins
*Chicken Nibbles: 1 kg
*Onions: 3 large sliced
*Tomatoes: 1 finely chopped
*Green chillies: 3 slit
*Curry leaves: few sprigs
*Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
*Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
*Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
*Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp
*Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
*Garam masala powder: 2 tsp
*Salt: for taste
*Coconut oil: 4 tbsp
*Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp chopped
*Heat oil, add fennel seeds and curry leaves, give it a quick toss.
*Add onions with some salt and saute till they turn brown.
*Add green chillies and tomatoes and saute till it turns soft and mushy.
*Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well on low flame till oil separates.
*Add a cup of hot water and cook on low flame till it starts boiling.
*Add the chicken Nibbles and mix well with the gravy.
*Add garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and some salt I required. Also add some more hot water to adjust the consistency.
*Cover and cook on medium flame for 20 mins.
*Finally garnish with some coriander leaves and curry leaves.
