Kerala style Beef Curry
I am not an expert in cooking beef recepies, but I have been trying different recepies and getting my hands on making the perfect beef curry. After preparing this recepie I guess I am reaching to that stage and happy to know my hubby who loves beef is enjoying my recepies.

This recepie is inspired by a popular foodblogger .. Checkout the link here

In this recepie I have used Big onions as shallots or pearl onions are not easily available here. Using shallots will add on more taste to the recepie. You can even add coconut slices to the gravy which is another add on for good taste.
