Just another innovative recepie from my kitchen.. Egg drop Chinese Gravy.. good to go with rice n flat breads.. Check out the detailed recepie below 👇

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 20 to 25 mins

Serves: 4

*Eggs: 4
*Veggies: 1 cup ( any chopped veggies)
*Garlic: 1 tsp finely chopped
*Herb spices: 1 tsp
*Paprika : 1/2 tsp
*Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
*Corn flour: 1 tbsp
*Salt: as required
*Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
*Spring onion leaves: 1 tbsp chopped
*Olive oil: 3 tbsp


*Heat oil, add garlic and toss for few seconds.
*Next add in your choice of chopped veggies. Stir on high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
*Add some salt and black pepper powder and toss.
*Now add paprika, herb spices and mix well.
*Make a slurry of corn flour with water and add it to the veggies, add 1 cup of hot water and let it come to boil.
*Add some Soya sauce and mix.
*Break and drop in the eggs in the gravy , cover and cook for 10 mins.
*Just give a light mix at the end and sprinkle some chopped spring onion leaves and it’s ready to be served !! .
