Ingredients:
- Paneer / cottage cheese: 300 gm
- Onions- 2 finely chopped
- Tomato- 1 finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- green chillies-2 chopped
- coriander leaves-finely chopped for garnishing
- turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
- garam masala powder- 1 tsp
- cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
- oil
- salt- for taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, llet it splutter.
- Add onions and saute, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute until the raw smell goes.
- Add tomatoes and saute until it turns mushy.
- Now add all the dry spice powders. Mix it well .Sprinkle little water so that the masalas blend well.
- Add grated paneer/ cottage cheese and mix well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.Serve with chapathis, rotis.
