Ingredients:

  • Paneer / cottage cheese: 300 gm
  • Onions- 2 finely chopped
  • Tomato- 1 finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • green chillies-2 chopped
  • coriander leaves-finely chopped for garnishing
  • turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
  • garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • salt- for taste

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, llet it splutter. 
  • Add onions and saute, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute until the raw smell goes.
  • Add tomatoes and saute until it turns mushy.
  • Now add all the dry spice powders. Mix it well .Sprinkle little water so that the masalas blend well.
  • Add grated paneer/ cottage cheese and mix well.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.Serve with chapathis, rotis.
