Ingredients:
- Fish- 7 to 8 pieces cut into oval size (any fish of your choice)
- red chilli powder- 2tsp
- black pepper powder-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
- salt- for taste
- oil
- curry leaves
How to prepare-
- Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste and salt and refrigerate it for half an hour.
- In a wok heat oil and place curry leaves strands.On top of it place fish pieces.and fry both the sides until its crisp .
