Papaya smoothie is a very healthy and easy to make smoothie. To add more taste and make it more nutritious i have added peanut butter to it.

Preparation time: 10 mins

Serves : 2


  • Papaya: 2 cups chopped
  • Apple: 1 chopped
  • Peanut butter: 1 tbsp
  • Honey: 2 tsp
  • Ice cubes: few
  • Flax seeds: few for garnishing


  • Blend all the ingredients except flax seeds in a juicer into fine paste form.
  • If needed you can refrigerate for sometime.
  • Garnish with flax seeds.
  • Serve chilled .
