Happy Valentines Day !!! Valentine special cupcake baked for my special one.
Red velvet Valentine Cupcake
All purpose flour : 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder: 1 n 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
Salt: a pinch
Egg : 1
Butter : 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar : 1/2 cup
Red food colour : 1 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Vinegar: 1 tsp
Milk : 1/2 cup
White choco chips : for decorating
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl ( maida, cocoa powder, baking soda,salt). Keep aside.
In another bowl , mix together powdered sugar and butter. Add 1 egg and whisk well.
Add the dry ingredients to this partly and mix.
Now add food color, vinegar, vanilla essence and milk and whisk well.
The batter should be semi thick consistency.
To bake in oven : Grease the cupcake moulds with butter and add batter to each moulds and keep it in preheated oven ( 10 mins) and bake for 20 mins at 150°.
To bake in pressure cooker : Preheat the pressure cooker with salt at the bottom. Grease the small cupcake moulds with butter or oil.
Pour the batter into these moulds.
Keep a stand or plate inside the cooker and place the cup moulds inside.
Remove the whistle of the lid of pressure cooker and cook in medium flame for 15 mins.
After removing from oven or pressure cooker keep it aside for 5 mins and remove from the moulds.
Garnish it with powdered sugar and white choco chips.
