Breakfast Smoothie .. a quick smoothie to make when you are late for work or study.. Its healthy as well as very filling. Checkout the recepie below 👇

Serves: 1


  • Small yellow bananas: 1
  • Oats: 2 tbsp
  • Almond milk / Soy milk: 1/2 cup
  • Chickoo : 1 chopped
  • Blueberry jam : 1 tsp
  • Beetroot powder: 1 tsp
  • Flax seed powder: 1 tsp
  • Chia seeds: for topping


  • Blend together all ingredients into a smooth consistency.
  • You can add ice cubes or cold water too.
  • Top it with chia seeds and serve.
