Preparation time : 10 mins
- Small yellow bananas: 1
- Oats: 2 tbsp
- Almond milk / Soy milk: 1/2 cup
- Chickoo : 1 chopped
- Blueberry jam : 1 tsp
- Beetroot powder: 1 tsp
- Flax seed powder: 1 tsp
- Chia seeds: for topping
- Blend together all ingredients into a smooth consistency.
- You can add ice cubes or cold water too.
- Top it with chia seeds and serve.
