Kurkure Bhindi or Okra fry is a perfect side dish with rice or roti. Okras are cut into fine strips and marinated with gram flour and few spices and deep fried to crispy fritters.

INGREDIENTS:
- Okra / ladysfinger: 10 nos.
- Besan/ gram flour: 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: for taste
- Oil: for deep frying
PREPARATION:
- Wash and clean okras.
- Cut the okras into half vertically, remove the seeds and cut it into thin strips.
- In a bowl mix together okra strips with rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the marinated okras till golden brown and crispy.
