Sharjah shake is a popular milkshake recepie in South India. It is thicker in consistency than the usual Milkshake we make. Banana goes well to make this shake. We can try it with other fruits too. Small bananas ( Mysore bananas) are commonly used in this recepie.

INGREDIENTS:
- Small Bananas / Mysore banana: 4 frozen
- Frozen milk: 1 cup
- Milk powder: 2 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 to 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coffee powder: 1/4 tsp
- Unsalted peanuts: 2 tbsp peeled and crushed lightly
- Ice cubes: few
PREPARATION:
- Blend together all the ingredients into fine consistency for a minute.
- Pour it into serving glass, add crushed peanuts on top and sprinkle coffee powder.
- Serve Chilled.
