Baking is fun when you are completely into it , wholeheartedly ! Trying more baking these days while I am starting to develop more interest. Presenting freshly baked BANANA BREAD recepie , which is soft and moist with choco chips in it.

Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 1 hour
INGREDIENTS:
- Plain flour: 1 n 1/4 cups
- Baking Soda: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Melted butter: 1/2 cup
- Raw Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Mashed bananas: 1 n 1/2 cup
- Eggs: 2 large
- Greek yoghurt: 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
- Choco chips: 1/4 cup
PREPARATION:
âSieve together Plain flour ( 1 n 1/4 cups) , Baking Soda ( 1tsp), salt (1/2 tsp) and set aside.
âWhisk together melted butter (1/2 cup), sugar ( 1/2 cup) into paste like consistency.
âAdd in mashed bananas ( 1 n 1/2 cups), 2 large eggs, greek yoghurt ( 1/2 cup) , vanilla essence ( 1 tsp). MIx well.
âFold in the dry ingredients. Add in the chocolate chips ( 1/4 cup).
âPre heat the oven at 165 ° C for 10 mins.
â Grease the loaf pan. Place baking parchment paper at the base. Pour the prepared batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle some more choco chips on top.
âBake for 1 hour. After an hour, remove from oven, keep it on the wired stand and let it cool.
N.B:
âUse exact measures for perfect banana bread.
âBananas to be used should be perfectly ripened ones.
